 Romanians have a new institution to report state abuses articol publicat la: sambata, 11 februarie 2012 Citizens who consider that they are subjected to state abuses can go to the Foundation for Citizens’ Defense against Sate Abuses (FACIAS), which started its public activity. According to a press release, FACIAS will provide free legal counseling to citizens and also will monitor the feed-back of the institutions notified.
