22-06-2007 The deputies in Cernauti ask the Romanian authorities will comply with the rights of the Ukrainians in Romania The regional council in Cernauti (Local legislative) asked the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to urgently refer to the European and Romanian structures in order to initiate a debate related to "the catastrophic situation of the Ukrainians rights in Romania" and in order to obtain equal rights for the national minorities in both countries. The deputies of the regional council in  Cernauti considers that for each Romanian school in the Northern Bukovine (Cernauti Region) an Ukrainian School in Southern Bukovine (Romania) needs to correspond to, and to an hour broadcast in Romanian at the Radio and TV Ukrainian stations – one hour in the Ukrainian language broadcast in Romania. At the same time, the deputies in Cernauti say that Ukrainians in Romania are "completely deprived" of the information in the Ukrainian language and of the right to study in the maternal language and they cannot listen to a religious service in the Ukrainian language. At the same time, they say that, in Cernauti Region, in Romania, 88 schools operate, 48 newspapers are edited and 420 hours per year are broadcasted at the radio-television in Cernauti.

Odată cu noile permutări între factorii de gestiune ai sistemului ieșean de termoficare, respectiv externalizarea serviciului către o firmă privată, există și posibilitatea unei schimbări așteptate atât de ieșenii branșați la sistemul de încălzire centralizat, cât și de posesorii de centrale termice. În fața valului de nemulțumiri provocate de modul cum sunt repartizate consumurile la încălzire, șefii municipalității se gândesc ca în perioada următoare să elimine „căpușele” din cauza cărora ieșenii sunt forțați să scoată din buzunare, lunar, sume cu mult mai mari decât cele care ar trebui să se regăsească între raportul dintre consum și plată: firmele de repartitoare.

Citiți cum s-ar putea realiza acest deziderat, cu ce vor fi înlocuite repartitoarele de costuri și cu cât va crește factura la încălzire pe luna ianuarie
